Sugar, Butter (28.2%), Treacle (9.72%), Vinegar, Partially inverted syrup.

Handmade Butter and Treacle Toffee made on premises.

The pure ingredients are added to the large brass pans, heated and stirred until they reach the correct temperature, at which point the liquid is poured into trays and left to set overnight. The following morning the toffee is broken using special hammers, each piece is individually hand-wrapped and packaged to be dispatched and with you the next day.

This sacred recipe was first manufactured over 100 years ago by Mrs Furnass, and has remained unaltered, providing a ‘dissolve-in-the-mouth’ experience.
