Handmade Butter Fudge made on premises.

The pure ingredients are added to the large brass pans, heated and stirred until they reach the correct temperature, at which point the golden liquid is hand-beaten, poured into trays and left to set overnight. The following morning the fudge is cut into slabs and packaged to be dispatched and with you the next day.

This sacred recipe was first manufactured over 100 years ago by Mrs Furnass, and has remained unaltered, providing a ‘dissolve-in-the-mouth’ experience.
