Conservation

What's the best way to store my Fudge and Toffee?

Fudge and Toffee should be stored at room temperature. The sugar acts as a natural preservative.

To enjoy the treasures over a longer period of time, we recommend storing in an airtight container.

Can I refrigerate The Toffee Shop products?

Both the Fudge and Toffee should not be refrigerated as this affects the texture and the colour.

Is it ok to freeze the Fudge?

Fudge can be frozen, wrap the slab of fudge or piece of toffee in a plastic wrap, foil or in a box to seal. When defrosting, leave the Fudge or Toffee out in a cool dark place for at least two hours. However, we would always recommend eating fresh.

How long will The Toffee Shop products keep their fresh taste?

Our Fudge products are best eaten within twelve weeks.

Our Toffee products are best eaten within eight weeks.
